Thanksgiving Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • Croissants, sliced
  • Leftover Dressing/Stuffing
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Leftover Turkey, chopped
  • Gravy
  • Happy Egg Co. Heritage Breed Eggs, poached

DIRECTIONS

  • Layer stuffing, cranberry sauce, turkey and gravy over half of a croissant. Top with a poached egg.
  • Serve open faced or topped with the other half of croissant.
